Career Opportunities

Whether you’re an experienced professional or a graduate starting out, there are career-enhancing opportunities far and wide here at Diageo. Our diversity and international footprint mean the opportunity for you to experience more than you ever thought possible – gain exposure across functions and with our teams all around Africa.

Sustainability in Africa

We source over 60% of agricultural and packaging materials locally, and we work with more than 45,000 local farmers for our agricultural inputs. Thirteen of our production sites in Africa are in water stressed areas; so much of our focus is on managing water use in our operations effectively and reducing water poverty in surrounding communities through our pan-African Water of Life programme. Since its launch in 2006, we have brought safe drinking water to around 10 million people.

“I started my career in Diageo as a Sales Graduate in Cameroon 16 years ago. What really impressed me about the company was the set of values and the performance mindset that I saw across the business. You have objectives, but you are empowered to get there in your own way, and this hasn’t changed even 16 years later. Work/life balance has always been a priority, and it’s an honour to work with such iconic brands.”

Aldot Nyobe

“I joined Diageo about 2 years ago through Global Graduate Programme as HR Graduate and I wouldn’t be exaggerating when I say that I’m having the best years of my life. I've become passionate about people, diversity and creating opportunities for others. For a young professional, Diageo has become a trusted incumbent. I can’t wait to grasp what the future holds for me here.”
